IWBF Women’s Repechage Tournament relocated to Palacio Multiusos

The International Wheelchair Basketball Federation (IWBF) aAnd the Spanish Wheelchair Basketball Federation (FEDDF) confirm that the IWBF Women’s Repechage Tournament has been relocated to the Palacio Multiusos, Av.de El Vado, 13, 19005 Guadalajara, Spain.

Following unforeseen operational circumstances affecting the original venue, the Local Organising Committee secured an alternative venue toensure the successful delivery of the tournament.

The tournament will take place from 8–11 June 2026, with all competition dates and the schedule remaining unchanged.

The Palacio Multiusos previously hosted the 2025 FEDDF Copadel Rey and will stage the final women’s qualification tournament on the Roadto Ottawa 2026, where teams will compete for the remaining places at the 2026 IWBF World Championships in Canada.
