With just two weeks to go, the stage is set for the highly anticipated 2025 IWBF U23 Wheelchair Basketball World Championship in São Paulo, Brazil - and the official competition schedule is now available for teams and supporters alike.

Running from 12 - 20 June, the championship will feature 12 of the world’s top U23 men’s teams, promising an unforgettable display of talent, determination, and international competition.

Opening day is shaping up to set the tone for the whole competition. Host nation Brazil will tip off the tournament against their Americas Zone rivals, Canada, igniting what promises to be an electric atmosphere in São Paulo. Meanwhile, reigning champions Japan will begin their title defense facing off against European powerhouse Great Britain, in a clash sure to grab attention.

Across seven days of preliminary group play, teams will fight for a coveted spot in the knockout rounds, culminating in the quarter-finals on 18 June, semi-finals on 19 June, and the medal-deciding games on 20 June.
