2024 International Easter Tournament

The Easter Tournament Wheelchair Basketball is ready for its sixteenth edition in 2024. This tournament, which will take place in Belgium between 29 - 31 March 2024, is highly regarded among the top countries in wheelchair basketball.

Six teams - Australia, Colombia, Germany, France, Italy, and the Netherlands - will compete against each other during the Easter Tournament. On Friday and Saturday the preliminary rounds will take place with the Final being played on the Sunday.

Participating Countires

Every year the tournament welcomes many top countries. In 2019, a team from every regional zone of IWBF participated for the first time in the Easter Tournament: Brazil, Great Britain, Japan, the Netherlands, and South Africa.

In previous editions, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, and Italy, also participated, all of whom belong among the top tier of wheelchair basketball countries.

For the 2024 edition, we will have 6 top countries on the bill - Australia, Colombia, Germany, France, Italy, and the Netherlands - that are in full preparation for the 2024 IWBF Men's Repechage tournament in Antibes or the Paralympics in Paris.

The competition will take place at Sport Vlaanderen, Koning Boudewijnlaan 15, 8370 Blankenberge

Spectators

The Tournament is FREE to attend and open to all spectators. No tickets are necessary.
