IWBF has released the order of the draw for the teams for London 2012.

IWBF will conduct the draw for the groups of teams for London 2012 .

There will be two groups of 6 teams each for men and two groups of 5 teams each for women.

The pairings are based on the finishes at the qualification tournaments for all four zones. The host team is placed in the last pairing and given the right to choose the group they wish to be placed in.

The order that the pairs will be drawn is based on the finishes from the 2010 World Championships held in Birmingham, UK.

Here are the pairs:

Men:

Australia – Japan
Germany – Spain
USA – Colombia
Poland – Turkey
Canada – Italy
Great Britain – South Africa

Women:

USA – Canada
Germany – The Netherlands
Australia – China
France – Brazil
Great Britain – Mexico/South Africa

The draw will take place at a dinner which will take place in Aylesbury, UK, on Saturday January 21, 2012
