IWBF

Commission for Legal Matters studies all legal matters relating to the practice of wheelchair basketball world-wide as well as,  from a legal standpoint, all proposed modifications to the Constitution of IWBF. CLME draws up the official text of the Internal Regulations of IWBF and drafts amendments to these Internal Regulations for approval by the Executive Council and the Congress.

It also advises the Executive Council on matters pertaining to the interpretation of the Constitution including the responsibilities of the Permanent Commissions. Further duties of the CLME are described in the Constitution
